The weather is still a factor as far as getting crops planted.However I did see corn that was already up,and the wheat for the most part has been fertilized by crop dusters,and wheat is really looking good.Yesterday,I was at the Gideon airport with some rice seed,that had been soaking for a couple of days,and it was sprouted,and the airplane sowed it from the air. If it keeps up this rain,there may have to be a bunch of it done that way.
The crop dusting planes just get bigger and bigger,there was one operating yesterday that could hold 800 gals of water and chemicals.The cost, a cool Million,however he could do numerous acres with one fill up,and at 160 mph,Goose
