Long Weekend

It has been a long weekend here.I worked two 12 hr shifts at the Police Station,plus doing some honeydew jobs,so not much time for the blog.The Cardinals won yesterday 5 to 3,so they should be in first place. The Dodgers got beat,but Blake Dewitt was two for three,and raised his average to 278.He is gonna be a player.
Denis the Cork did not win the Kentucky Derby,but he did finish third.Big Brown as expected won,and the filly horse came in second,but broke both front ankles,and had to be euthanized on the track.
My Friend Jim Phillips goes to the Derby every year,and he brings me back a souvenir,for which I am grateful.Goose
