Never in my wildest dreams

Never did I dream that schools would have to have a school cop,but they do.Just this weekend a grade schooler at Kennett was suspended for a year for attacking a teacher.I hear it all the time at the Police Station,"we have a ten or eleven year old that we cannot do anything with".I will get in trouble for this,but they must not have had a belt or board around somewhere.
Dr. Spock started that stuff about do not whip your child,and a lot of people listened,and Dr. Spocks own son commited suicide.Parents bring kids to the station to get the cops to talk to them,and they should be raising themselves.However most of them are in the bars,or doing other thins,instead of raising them themselves.I want to go on record as saying,if you are going to have them,then raise them.
I am not advocating beating children,but a good spanking has never hurt a child.When they stopped spanking children in school,we have went down hill since.The reason schools stopped because the Naacp complained that there was a much higher spanking rate for black kids and white kids.Well the truth is there was more black kids needed paddling.
So what happens is that a lot of kids get no discipline at home,they cannot get disciplined at school,so they grow up without discipline,and sooner or later a vast number of them end up in the prison system,and that is sad.
Whats the answer? Responsible parents,return corporal punishment to schools.Responsible parents can do more than anybody.I am not saying that there are no responsible parents,because there is. Goose
