Trash

All of a sudden,and I suspect that it is because I work for the police Department,my yard is littered with trash every morning.People throwing it out of cars,people walking by,etc..It is everything from beer cans to wine bottles.I saw a little Negro boy tear my rain gauge off the post it was on,but I was down to my bare neccessities,so I could not get outside fast enough.So if you just have to throw something out of your vehicle,come by and throw it out in my yard,but remember that Portageville has a ordinace for littering.
