On a earlier Post I gave Billy Graham the credit for the prayer,And Edbird58 reminded me that it was Joe Wright who prayed the prayer,t the beginning of the Kansas Legislate one year. Then I read some more and he robbed the prayer from Bob Russell who prayed the prayer at the Kentucky Governors Breakfast in 1995.Its a dandy,who ever prayed it first.Goose
