Both the Portageville Boys and Girls basketball teams are off to good starts.Neither team has lost a game yet.The annual Bloomfield Christmas Tournament starts today,and Portageville is seeded second.Look for them to go all the way,if they do not it is because they need a little heigth.They had a tall kid a couple of years ago,that could have been a really good player,but he was lazy,and did not want to listen to the coach.He is up at New Madrid,bad attitude and all.He did not fit in Portagevilles plans,and they are better off with him gone.Goose
