National Foolish League

The National foolish League was at it again this week,with a lot of ignorant players acting stupid.Bad as I hate to say it,it is bleeding over into the NBA and College Basketball.I notice college players beating on their chests,and hollering in front of the camera,when they score a basket.Where is Oscar Robertson,Bill Russell,DR.J? They never did none of that acting stupid stuff.The Black players have taken the joy out of the game for me,by acting ignorant.There are still some coaches who do not allow showboating,Roy Williams for one at North Carolina.Buddy Godwin,who along with his son Bobby run the Municipal golf course at Poplar Bluff,told me a couple of story's about Roy Williams.When Roy was recruiting Tyler Hansbrogh,he would come to Poplar Bluuf,and he would come by the Golf course.A couple of times he bought Golf Shoes,played in them one round,and then would ask Buddy or Bobby to give them to a kid who needed a new pair.Thats cool.Goose
