Bailing out the Banking Industry

Why is there so much Interest in bailing out the Banking Industry?All they do is treat people Like Dogs anyway.Why not just bail out individuals?Send me some bail out money,and I will pay off my house mortage,and buy me a new Pickup,if that will stimulate the economy.The people I owe for the house,then could take that money and reinvest it or loan it to someone else.I do not really need a new pickup,but if the Government wants me to buy one,with their money,then so be.Goose
