Sad but true

There are reports in the papers this week that Missouri is going to spend 11 million dollars redoing welcome centers and rest areas in the bootheel area.it never ceases to amaze me they find money to do this,and it is all in naught.They build them and there are two elements of society that shellack them,just like they shellack public housing.Then there is the Latino Element,who has no respect for public buildings.People with good sense do not stop at them,because of the criminal element,that hangs out,waiting to prey on the old,crippled,etc.Also,who wants to go in a bathroom,where there have been people who have not bathed in days,who have not douched in days,that have been in there.
Truck Drivers pull in them,throw their trash out on the ground,get out and urinate,too lazy to walk to the bathroom.If they drive in and the truck lot is full,they just drive around back to the area for cars,and park,and that area was not built for trucks,so therefore the concrete wears out qwickly.No need in complaining,they are gonna do it anyway.Lets not worry about people who are losing their homes everyday,by George lets build new welcome centers,so the undesireables can shellack them.Goose
