KILLER CUPCAKES


1/2 POUND(2STICKS)BUTTER
4 OUNCES SEMISWEET CHOCOLATE
1 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACT
4 LARGE EGG1 AND 1/2 CUPS SUGAR
1 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
FILLING
8 OUNCES CREAM CHEESE SOFTENED
1/4 CUP SUGAR
1 EGG BEATEN
DASH OF SALT
3/4 TO 1 CUP SEMISWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS

HEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES.
FILL 20 TO 22 MUFFIN CUPS WITH CUPCAKE LINERS.
TO MAKE THE CUPCAKES.MELT TOGETHER THE BUTTER
CHOCOLATE AND VANILLA IN MICROWAVE.
IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL,BEAT EGGS AND SUGAR TOGETHER
UNTIL THICK AND SMOOTH.BEAT FLOUR INTO EGG MIXTURE.STIR
IN BUTTER-CHOCOLATE MIXTURE.SPOON BATTER INTO PREPARED
MUFFIN PANS,FILLING EACH ABOUT TWO THIRDS FULL.SET ASIDE.
TO MAKE THE FILLING.
BLEND TOGETHER CREAM CHEESE,BEATEN EGG AND SALT.
STIR IN CHOCOLATE CHIPS.DROP A ROUNDED TEASPOON OF FILLING ON TOP OF THE BATTER IN EACH CUPCAKE.
BAKE AT 350 FOR 30 TOM 35 MINUITES,OR UNTIL A TOOTHPICK
INSERTED IN CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN,OR ALMOST CLEAN.
MAKES 20 TO 22 FILLED CUPCAKES.GOOSE
