END OF BLOG

FOR FIVE YEARS NOW,I HAVE ENJOYED DOING THE BLOG,OVER TEN THOUSAND POSTS,BUT I HAVE OTHER INTERESTS,AND THE BLOG CONSUMES A LOT OF MY TIME.SO ITS TIME TO SHUT IT DOWN,I OWE A LOT TO PEOPLE WHO CONTRIBUTED TO THE BLOG,AND YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE.I HAVE A PASSION FOR READING AND DOING CROSSWORD PUZZLES,READING RESTURANT REVIEWS,DISCOVERING NEW RECIPES.I WANT TO RAISE A BIGGER GARDEN,ENJOY THE GRANDKIDS.MAYBE PLAY A LITTLE MORE GOLF,ETC.GOOSE

    I am sorry to see the blog go. Coot turned me on to it several years back and I've been reading it ever since. Probably most of the five years that you have been doing the blog. I always felt that your blog was a little piece of home and that it somehow kept me connected. I really enjoyed the good people sightings, as well as the idiot sightings. I wish I could have gotten on the good people sightings more often. I understand why you are going to stop. I just wish you wouldn't. Maybe we can swap mobile numbers and talk a couple of times a week and you can keep me up to date.... Thanks for the smiles Goose....
